The Lynx Distributor, an integral part of the Lynx Distribution system, includes both a positive and a negative busbar. The positive busbar features four fuse-protected connections with fuse monitoring capabilities. Meanwhile, the negative busbar offers four connections along with a ground connection.
The Lynx Distributor is equipped with a power LED indicator, as well as four fuse status indication LEDs for easy monitoring of the fuse status.
When connected to a Lynx Smart BMS, up to four Lynx Distributors can transmit fuse status information to the Lynx Smart BMS. However, this particular feature is not available when connected to a Lynx Shunt VE.Can.
To facilitate its installation, the Lynx Distributor is shipped with a 40cm RJ10 cable. This cable serves the purpose of providing power to the Lynx Distributor. In addition, when connected to a Lynx Smart BMS, the same cable is used for transmitting data between the devices.
